Which countries do Ewa i Walla deliver to?

We ship world wide. If your country is missing, please contact us and we will sort it out.

 

Which payment methods do you supply?

We use PayPal and PayEx where you easily pay with your VISA or Mastercard.

We offer customers in Sweden, Finland and Germany payment via Klarna and PayPal.
 

May I return a purchased item?

Of course you can. You are free to return the item within 14 days. The item has to be unused, with labels and packaging intact. 

During sale we do NOT offer free returns. Read more about this under ”Delivery Terms”.

 

What do i do if the garment is defect, broken or not in full quality?

We are truly sorry if you have received an item that is not in expected condition. Resend the package to us and we will refund you to the same card/account that you used when ordering.

 

How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned order?

The refund will be done through the same payment method you used with the original purchase. If you used Klarna invoice we will adjust your invoice and send you a new one. If you already paid before you got the adjusted invoice, Klarna will make the refund to your account.

If you used credit card the refund will be made to the same credit card you used when you did your original purchase. The process of the refund can take up to 14 days. Freight charges will not be refunded.

 

Can I cancel or change an order?

In some cases we can cancel an order, it is important that you contact us, preferably via email, as soon as possible after you have placed your order. If we can stop your order we confirm this by email.

 

What charges are additional on prices on garments?

There will be an additional cost for shipping. Please select country in the checkout to see the shipping fee. You may need to pay taxes or custom fees in your country. For more information contact your local custom office.

 

What do I do if the package from you is broken at arrival?

If there is a clear visible damage to the package, please contact us at +46 270 287000 and we will take care of the matter.  

 

Why does it take such a long time before i receive my ordered items?

Normally it should not take more then a few days from the date we received your order. During high season, sales period and public holidays the delivery time may be longer.

 

How much does the garments shrink in washing?

Not more then 2-3% in woven qualities. In jersey it can be approximatley 5%.
