General terms and conditions
By law, Ewa i Walla cannot process orders for persons under 18 years of age since we take payment via debit/credit card.
Ewa i Walla has total responsibility for the handling of personal data. When you place an order with us, you agree that we can store and use your personal data (not including debit/credit card details, please see under “Secure payments” for more information) in the course of our business operations in order to provide the level of service that you expect from us. Please be assured that we will not sell or transfer your personal data to another party. You are welcome to request details about the information that we have stored about you by sending an email to our customer service department at [email protected].
You should always be aware that coloured textile garments can be susceptible to dry colour transfer and can thus transfer colour to other items. We recommend that you always wash a garment prior to use. We accept no liability for any variations in shades of colour that may occur.
Customer complaints and returns
We accept exchanges and returns of goods within 14 days from the date that you received your shipment. If you are not fully satisfied with the product you have received, you are entitled to return it to us within that time. Any product returned to us must be sent back in unchanged condition, in other words you may not use the item and then return it to us. When returning a product to us, please use the supplied consignment note which is to be affixed to the return package. When we have received the item in return, and have confirmed that it has not been damaged in any way, we will refund you for your purchase. All items that are sent back to us must be packaged in a bag or carton.
NOTE: No free returns during sales periods. No return label supplied during sales periods.
Our normal delivery time is 5-8 days depending on the country to which the package is to be delivered. Some minor delays in delivery may occur during the peak season.Please note that if you live in a non-EU country, the delivery may take 1-2 days longer due to customs clearance procedures.
Ewa i Walla uses UPS and PostNord for deliveries. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact Ewa i Walla’s customer service department immediately so that we can resolve the problem.
All products sold via our webshop are kept in stock for immediate delivery, but we accept no liability for the fact that certain items may have sold out at certain times; nor do we accept any liability for the appearance of incorrect prices and/or incorrect stock levels.
Our delivery charges, which will be added to the price of the item being ordered, are as follows;
Package within Sweden: 99 SEK
Package within the EU: 19.95 EURO
Package outside the EU: 34.95 EURO (the customs clearance fee is included in this price)
Ewa i Walla works in cooperation with Payex AB in relation to direct bank payments. Transfers of debit/credit card details are encrypted. Ewa i Walla does not store any debit/credit card details; this process is entirely handled by Payex AB.
