Why can’t I shop against invoice?

We are sorry, but today we only offer our international customers payment through PayEx where you easily pay with your VISA or Mastercard.

We can only offer our Swedish customers shop against invoice via Klarnacheckout.
 

May I return a purchased item?

Of course you can! You are free to return the item within 14 days. The item has to be unused, with labels and packaging intact. Read more about this under ”Delivery Terms”. Keep in mind that if nothing is technically or qualitywise wrong with the garment, we do not refund shipping cost.

 

What do i do if the garment is defect, broken or not in full quality?

We are truly sorry if you have received an item that is not good! Resend the package to us, do not forget to leave your account number in the package, and we will refund you  for garment and shipping!


How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned order?

Returns will be processed within 10 days from the date we receive your package at our warehouse. After your return  is processed, kindly allow 3-5 business days for a credit card refund.

 

Can I cancel or change an order?

We are sorry to say that you cannot. Once you have submitted the order and paid, we are unable to modify the process. You have 14 days of returning the goods for free if you do not want to keep the ordered garments.

 

Do you offer giftcards?

No. Ewa i Walla cannot offer giftcards at the moment.

 

What charges are additional on prices on garments?

There will be an additional cost for shipping. In Sweden it cost 99 SEK. Shipping inside European Union costs 19.95 EURO and if you want shipping outside European Union it costs 34.95 EURO, and that cost includes custom declaration. 


What do I do if the package from you is broken at arrival?

If there is a clear visible damage to the package, please contact us at +46 270 287000 and we will take care of the matter.  


Why does it take such a long time before i receive my ordered items?

Normally it should not take more then 10 days from the date we received your order. If it takes longer that could mean that we are very busy with our main deliveries to all our retailers at the headoffice. We will take care of your order as soon as possible.


How much does the garments shrink in washing?

Not more then 2-3% in woven qualities. In jersey it can be approximatley 5%.
