Knee-length cotton dress with shorter sleeves. Wrinkled flounce at the neckline, pleats in the center front and buttoning at the back. Overlapping wrinkled skirt for lovely volume and side seam pockets. Beautiful stitching detail at the bottom on the right side of the skirt.
